Your role
Are you interested in solution management support and administration? Do you like to continuously improve processes? We look for someone like that to:
– work with senior managers to prepare materials and meeting minutes,
setup meeting slots, coordinate follow ups for Global Solution Boards and Advisory Boards
– support product managers and solution owners in managing their solutions
– optimize and run KPI usage reportings for Client Advisor relevant solutions as e.g. IPad
– assess end user access rights requests
– execute annual reviews of end user access rights
– act as MM&D counterparty to Divisional Security Officers
Your team
You’ll be working in the Multichannel Management & Digitization team in our Wroclaw office. The MM&D team is responsible for the product management of the Client and Client Advisor Workbenches for all Private Clients, Corporate Clients, Call Agents and Intermediaries with a focus on Booking Center Switzerland. As a Project Management Officer you will support our product managers and solution owners in administrating their solutions.
Your expertise
– a bachelor degree (preferably master's degree) with focus on Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
– 3+ years of previous experience in a project or product management environment
– fluent in English and German (speaking and writing)
– analytical skills ability to process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data
– a distinct service orientation and good interpersonal skills across seniority levels
– excellent MS Office skills, especially profound MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
– ability to communicate at a senior level across the organization and be considered as a trusted business partner
– interested in the development of efficient project management related processes
– able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
