This is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to Information Security (Identity and Access Management) area.

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with security policy.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the processes in the context of their improvement and optimization
• Improving and optimizing identity and access management processes
• Creating / updating documentation describing the implemented changes
• Ensuring the achievement of set quantitative and qualitative indicators in the improved and optimized identity and access management processes
• Automation and robotization of operational processes, in particular regarding the management of user privileges
• Automation and robotization of control processes carried out by the unit
• The use of available tools and IT solutions to improve the unit's identity and access management processes
• Creating assumptions, building and maintaining own tools and IT solutions to improve identity and access management processes
• Creating and updating documentation regarding the automation, robotization and tools implemented in the unit
• Registration and maintenance of implemented IT solutions in accordance with the bank's applicable procedures
• Running and participating in projects related to the area of identity and access management
• Creating and updating procedures in the unit and in other units of the bank in the scope of management of user privileges
• Operational support of contracts with information security administration service providers, updating of these agreements
• Monitoring / controlling the supplier's cooperation and risks, including its recovery plans
• Preparation of reports with suppliers’ performance, settlement of these services, escalation of issues related to the implementation of contracts
• Cooperation with bank's organizational units to manage information security administration services provided by the supplier, including updating processes, procedures and training materials
• Preparation of reports on information security administration services provided by own unit, settlement of these services
• Participating in creating and changing control processes related to identity and access management
• Coordinating the review of access to the bank in accordance with applicable regulations
• Coordinating and performing control activities in the unit

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Certifications preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
• Programming language knowledge preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical skills
• Ability to cooperate with clients and build relationships
• Experience in the preparation of processes and procedures
• Experience in controlling processes and taking corrective actions
• Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
