Excited about a role where you could take on high visibility and cross-functional program management responsibilities?
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end application outsourcing planning and execution activities for Group Technology globally. You’ll provide best practices as well as guidance across our stakeholder groups impacted by and involved in application offshoring.

Oversight of the internal outsourcing process (ODP) for in-scope processes and locations from a Management perspective.
Ability to lead and deal with multiple tasks at the same time, prioritise them for business-needs, and initiate stakeholder consultation to ensure best outcome for the client/firm.
Chair meetings involving multiple stakeholders at all levels to provide relevant updates on progress and issues.
Work with all teams regarding improvement of processes which are beneficial to the ODP concluding with a change to the process if required.
Supply periodic reports for different stakeholders and escalating on timely manner based on RAG status.
Ensuring compliance and process adherence.
Has an understanding of application development, SDLC controls, supervision, policies etc.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Experienced in matrix management, motivation and development of teams
Your team
You’ll be working in the Technology Workforce Strategy team in Poland, with functional alignment to the Operating Management for Group Technology.
Our core responsibilities cover the implementation of the workforce strategy for Group Technology globally.
Your expertise
University level education and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in business management or management consulting
Strong project / change management skills, including in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
Be an effective and collaborative team player
Possess strong organizational- and time management skills
Drive effective cross functional coordination, constructively challenge where required
