Interim Learning and Development Specialist

As a part of the country Learning and Development team you will manage overall training activities and provide Learning & Development support for International Paper in Poland. You will contribute to implementation of Learning and Development strategy within L&D Ops Poland.

You will:
- Coordinate training logistics (venue reservation, preparation of training materials, training evaluation reports and presentations for internal customers) for events targeted at IP audiences
- Utilize effectively LMS administration, support annual training needs analysis process & execution of country training portfolio
- Play an active role in training needs analysis and creating learning strategy for IP Poland employees
- Support data analysis, reporting to foster identification of learning and development needs discussions
- Ensure training evaluation is conducted and lessons learned are implemented in program or event design
- Plan and Organize development initiatives for IP employees
- Support training delivery and deliver training sessions as assigned
- Design and support design and testing of internally developed eCourses
- Assist and guide IP employees in MyLearning environment
- Contribute to branding and communication efforts by development of training offers, advertising campaigns and reports
- Support vendor management as requested
You have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in education related studies or an equivalent combination of education and business experience (Human Resources/Administration preferred)
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex content and present it in a clear, logical and appropriate format fit for a range of target audiences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with colleagues and audiences from a variety of cultural backgrounds
- Organizational, time management and planning skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish (required)
- Ability to adjust to changing environment and dealing with ambiguity
- Comfort around higher management
- Strong interest and enthusiasm in people development
- Technical aptitude and a general sense of aesthetics
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop
