As part of the HRIS Team EMEA you work in a team that makes the difference every day by helping our HR community in the EMEA region, to provide HR Service of the highest level to all IP employees. The HR Information Systems Team EMEA has a great role to play in the future of HR and our company. You will:
- Maintaining, cleaning and managing EMEA Organizational structure in SAP HR; creating, updating and modifying positions, position titles, cost centers, job codes, work locations, staff functions and organizational units
- Maintaining, cleaning and managing EMEA Personal Administration; lifecycle actions and personal details in SAP
- HR SAP Data & Analysis Service mailbox (SAP Organization Management & Personal Administration), processing requests swiftly and efficiently, making sure the KPIs and SLAs are met
- Ensuring HR Data Quality and actively improving the quality of the EMEA Organization Structure and Personal Data
- Providing the following service to EMEA HR professionals for the HR systems in scope:
- Answering to Tier1 questions
- Assistance and trouble shooting
- User acceptance testing updates, enhancement and system changes before go-live
- Preparation of EMEA HR reporting and analytics for HR and business leaders
- Participating in HR projects, such as SAP integrations of new acquisition
You have:
- Experience of 1-2 years in SAP, including an SAP HR organizational management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) as preferred
- Good understanding of (HR) IT systems, Success Factors and Business Warehouse
- Ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of changes in systems
- Knowledge or Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access and Visio. VBA as a nice to have
- Understanding of typical HR functions, such as salary forecasting, people development and engagement surveys
- HR experience of 1 – 3 years is a plus
- Project management skills is a plus
- Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and multi-tasking
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of other language (French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese or Russian) will be a plus
