We're looking for someone who will:
• Support operational delivery of service management globally
• Maintain Group General Counsel Service Catalog static data
• Define and maintain the functional service cost models and run the monthly cost recovery process to ensure costs are allocated accurately
• Support on the annual allocation key refresh process for the function, prepare key reviews, calculation of the allocation keys and set-up in the system
• Coordinate the portfolio of Strategic Regulatory Initiatives, eg. managing quarterly activity survey, analyzing FTE fluctuations to explain deviations from the Operating Plan, ensuring transparent management of CtB & RtB as well as external legal fees forecasting, funding and flow-back
• Prepare and present financial information to Senior Management
• Assist with operational activities, perform ad-hoc tasks
• Provide effective communication and professional relations with stakeholders and co-workers
• Timely and accurately deliver the operational risk elements related to service management
Your team
As a member of the Services Management and SRI/White team you will be part of the Group General Counsel COO team in Krakow/Zabierzow and report into the local Team Head GGC Service Management. Main focus of the team are governance of the function, ad hoc tasks covering various business administration topics are the essence of our work. We cooperate with senior stakeholders from Group General Counsel and Finance.
Your expertise
• Fluent in English
• University degree in finance, business, accounting, economics or a related field;
• Solid professional experience in the area of business management/ financial analysis
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and basic VBA skills is a must
• Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills, data and facts driven, ability to understand and interpret financial data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment, identify and work through issues to meet business requirements
• Proactive and creative problem solver, ability to think conceptually and logically
• Team player, positive and enthusiastic approach
• Passion for continuous learning and personal development, the ability to adapt to changes
• Knowledge of the UBS Service Management Framework, Finance Systems and GCT (Group Cost Control system) is a plus
