Working directly for the Group Technology Operating Management Chief of Staff is looking for a Portfolio Management Support to help develop and drive initiatives, strengthen business partnerships and lead teams across cross-functional groups to deliver project objectives
Key responsibilities will involve:
o Support Group Technology Investment Governance in effective governance & decision making
o Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management
o Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
o Partner with senior management to review and analyse portfolio reports
o Collaborating with program managers and support them in their daily business
o Monitor & report on Group Technology change portfolio to senior portfolio managers
o Support corporate planning / strategic alignment of portfolio through planning & demand management
o Manage risk across sub-portfolios by closely adhering to firm and regulatory policy, procedures, and processes
Your team
You'll be working in the Group Technology Operating Management Chief of Staff team in Zabierzow. We are responsible for supporting the Head of Group Technology Operating Management in bringing together the organization to deliver on the GTOM strategy and priorities. The team's goal is to be a center of expertise of each activity we perform. We are diverse, creative and motivated, with openness to learn.

You are:
− Flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests
− Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
− Comfortable with challenging the status quo and known for your can-do attitude
− Keen to take the initiative with solution-oriented thinking
− Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, cross-countries
− Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
− Initial experience in portfolio management would be an asset
