

The position is located in the Employee Relations Office within the Human Resources Division.
Working in this position, will allow You to apply labor law provisions to solve interesting, non-standard cases and influence the shape of the Bank's personnel policy. You will liaise with HR Business Partners with the support of relevant units.
Responsibilities:
1) support and consultancy on the interpretation of the labor law and internal regulations of the Bank regarding labor law, personnel, payroll and social matters
2) cooperating with HR Business Partners in matters related to:
- procedural proceedings (work discipline),
- violation of labor law or employee duties,
- irregularities reported by employees in the field of human resource management.
3) providing opinions on compliance with social security legislation of civil law contracts,
4) cooperating with trade union organizations operating at the Bank in the field of individual employment relations, in cases provided for by labor law,
5) participating in the preparation of normative acts in the field of labor law as well as development and issuing opinions on the Bank's internal regulations in the field of human resources management and personnel matters,
6) supporting the process of administering the Company Social Benefits Fund,
7) cooperating with law firms representing the Bank in matters of labor law,
8) preparing assumptions and conducting training in labor law.
Knowledge / experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the entity dealing with the application of labor law
- Education: higher, preferably legal
- Good command of English
- Practical knowledge of the provisions governing the employment relationship
- Knowledge about the solutions applied regarding the employer-employee relationship
- Business maturity
