Your role
Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver IT projects? Do you want to use your expertise to help our projects succeed?
We’re looking for a IT PM/BA role to:
· engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
· manage IT deliveries front to back tracking delivery and reporting to project stakeholders
· working on multiple initiatives simultaneously
· production release management ( rotating function within the team)
· translate business requirements into technical documentation and work with development team to track delivery and facilitating customer feedback
· collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
· conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
· contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
· identify opportunities to improve our processes
Your team
You’ll be working in the Reference Data Distribution team in Krakow. We provide Data IT services across the Bank . As an IT PM/BA, you’ll play an important role for developing Data IT solutions.
Your expertise
· ideally 5-10 years of experience in a KANBAN/SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
· solid understanding of trade order lifecycle, SDLC
· system analysis and data modeling expertise
· prior technical experience is beneficial; basic SQL skills are mandatory as well as knowledge of standard tools e.g. Jira, SharePoint, SQL development tools.
· inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· fluent in English
