Risk & Compliance Solutions Developer
Work place: Warszawa
Position in development team (Warsaw, Poland) which is responsible for provisioning of platform solutions (IBM, Oracle, RedHat based), its integration with various infra/app components and development of automations for core banking transactional system (over 60 branches across EMEA, NAM and LATAM regions). Function focused on design, development and maintenance of Risk and compliance solutions with close collaboration with application developers and Systems/DBs/middleware administrators. Work gives opportunity to grow in diverse environment with exposure to wide technology stack and focus to newest technology and banking solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Integration of Flexcube platform (Oracle, RHEL, AIX, Weblogic, Webspheare, Autosys) with various components (like password repositories, secured transmission layer, data warehouses, CI/CD tools, Cloud solutions)
- Development of automations to improve operational and technical efficiency (e.g. thru shell, perl, Autosys, Java, API)
- L3 support role : troubleshooting, problem management, coordination of technology and application streams to deliver short and long term solutions.
- Assurance of ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’ build of committed solutions and its integration with citi echo system thru all phases of the development lifecycle
- Development & support of test cases and plans to complete the unit, regression, integration and acceptance testing for subsequent releases
Qualifications:
- University degree in IT or similar
- 3 years of experience with Unix/Linux OS & Oracle technologies.
- Good scripting skills (bash, sql, pl/sql)
- Experience in automation of manual activities. Innovation oriented.
- Basic knowledge of security management in Oracle, RedHat and IBM components
- Proactive approach
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Fluent English
- Following will be advantage:
- Cloud, Open Shift, Containerization technologies knowledge
- Experience with design, development and deployment for a large organization leveraging multiple Business applications
- Scheduler concept knowledge (like autosys) ,
- Flexcube or other banking solutions knowledge,
- Experience with middleware components – Webspheare & Weblogic.
- ITIL certification
