

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our R&D Team. As a Project Manager/ Project Coordinator you will work alongside other business analysts, business team, technical team, developer team. Your main tasks will include: managing the project both Waterfall or Agile methodologies and participating in exclusive process to find innovative solutions. To succeed in this role you should have a natural ownership approach on the project and its goals, be innovative and creative person who be able to get buy in from the business part of organization. Follow through the phases on Waterfall projects and be able to leadership the Agile teams.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the projects within Waterfall or Agile methodologies
- Agreeing project objectives
- Organizing the various professional people working on a project
- Carrying out risk assessment
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Overseeing the accounting and costing
- Reporting to the internal client or senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers
Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
- Have at least 1 years of project management experience
- Good knowledge about project methodologies Waterfall and Agile (nice to have certificate PRINCE2 or Agile)
