Your role

Would you like to learn how to take care of business? Do you want to gain experience and build up the knowledge around project management? We’re looking for someone like that to:
⁻ support the PMO Team in a variety of everyday operations
⁻ execute Project Management tasks including milestones and issues tracking
⁻ coordinate/ prepare meetings and presentations
⁻ interact with stakeholders

Your team

You will be working in the Business Risk Management (BRM) division of UBS Switzerland in our Wroclaw office. BRM PMO Team is a central hub providing expertise in project management, processes, tools and education. We support the implementation of key strategic initiatives and regulations affecting UBS's businesses in Switzerland.

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.

Your expertise

⁻ interest in project management
⁻ German and English language skills (written and oral)
⁻ sense of how to prioritize and ensure timely delivery on important tasks
⁻ good with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
⁻ able to work with a dynamic and changing environment
⁻ a self-starter who enjoys being part of a global team
⁻ able to plan, organize and make things happen
⁻ well versed in communicating and interacting with various stakeholders in a virtual team
