Credit Data and Processes Administrator

Location - Kraków

Being a part of Credit Department gives an excellent opportunity to be directly involved in the IP's customer reliability monitoring across EMEA region. Credit team actively influences other business functions such as sales, customer service and cash collection in order to secure outstanding results.

This position implies responsibility for the processing, updating and maintenance of new and existing customers’ credit application and records in addition to performing monthly analytical reports and supporting the Financial Analysts with daily tasks. Responsible for customer master maintenance resolution for general ranges of accounts. Additional duties may include special projects related to process improvements/automation.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the main point of contact for customer master maintenance process overviews
  • Evaluate customer accounts and facilitating special projects as assigned
  • Interact with portfolio Analysts and Accounts Receivable team members
  • Work with internal customers for customer set up
  • Assist with internal audit requirements - Run and verify system reports
  • Provide sensitive information regarding the customer payment status
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management
  • Check for new customer requests
  • Prepare/fulfill credit application forms
  • Create/Update customer accounts in SAP and AS400
  • Validate and maintain customer legal data (name, billing address, tax ID, payment terms)
  • Download Financial reports from internet info-sources
  • Manage Trade Insurance applications
  • Inform Customer Service of new accounts status
  • Work in MS Office, SAP, AS400

You have:

  • Experience in office work, ideally in international environment
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple channels of communication at once
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Customer and action orientation
  • Proactive and responsive attitude
  • Good communication and a team player spirit
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong knowledge MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Technical learning (interest in automation and robotics; Power BI, VBA will be a plus)
