Project Manager in Trustee Department (C12)

Work place: Warszawa
- Lead and coordinate projects (business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding) across Trustee Operations;
- Display appropriate involvement in Department strategic planning;
- Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas;
- Act as a trusted partner to Clients and internal business partners by delivering advice and services and exceeding their expectations;
- Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions;
- Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
- Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
- Build and manage an effective project team and ensure accurate, timely and responsible delivery of all agreed changes;
- Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver projects;
- Build and constantly improve an effective working relationship with the Clients by delivering a high quality of service and maintaining effective communication;
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
- Support colleagues and peers with production problems;
- Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk;
- Ensure that all necessary Project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and internal approvals for the project are obtained;
- Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations;
- Ensure all Team procedures/checklist and audit requirements are updated;
- Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal Citi partners;
- Encourage positive and professional working environment;
- Perform regular and ad hoc trainings for team members;
- Participate in business trips as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience within Financial Services;
- Experience in managing projects;
- Ability to manage or lead team/departmental projects
- An excellent understanding of financial operations;
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines;
- Ability to work on own or part of a team;
- Ability to Multitask;
