YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- providing the highest quality customer service,
- responding to customer queries by email, messages,
- arranging for technical consultant visits to customer locations.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- be fluent in French, writing and speaking,
- be interested in developing their personal customer service skills,
- possess excellent communication skills,
- be comfortable in a dynamic learning environment,
- be at an advantage if they possess experience in a similar role!
