An Application Support analyst is required by a leading Wealth Management Bank to assist in the rollout of enhancements to their Core System Platform and provide support for the current systems. The applicant must be able to demonstrate technical expertise and have worked in a Production environment
Strength in customer service skills, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are essential to ensure courteous and efficient services are provided. The ability to manage a tense situation and take ownership of issues is a must. They will enjoy working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Some 'out of hours' support will be required on a rota basis.

You are someone who has;
- Experience in the banking sector
- Good communication skills
- A desire to develop your career along a technical route
- Recent and proven experience of IBM iSeries, IBM Query, DB2 Database
- Development/change experience, as this would add an extra dimension to the current team's strengths
- Strong applications troubleshooting experience
- A flexible approach to working hours and role
In addition, it would be desirable for you to demonstrate;
- Previous experience SQL Server, AVR.NET, VB, Control-M Scheduling tool, OnDemand, strong MS Office skills especially Excel.
