Documentation and Letter of Credit team is a unit responsible for preparations Loans and Collateral documentation and also for trade services operation.

What you would do?

• Priority and comprehensive customer service in accordance with the Bank's strategy;
• Compliance with the adopted time and quality standards- handling banking products;
• Contact by phone / email with an internal and external clients, in order to explain the arising discrepancies / confirmations of orders received;
• Customer Service related complex principles of transaction
• preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.

• Communicative knowledge of Polish (spoken and written)
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
