Responsibilities:

• Working in the hub to identify project/program scope and requirements.
• Analyzing and designing new operational processes or process improvements.
• Preparing audit artifacts for GIS related areas
• Tight cooperation with global and regional GFIU Procedures and Training teams
• Support of internal processes in Global Investigation Solution team
• Develop GIS reports, support enhancement of processes,
• Lead procedure standardization efforts
• Assist and follow-up for incident and Change Requests raised by FIU teams,
• Executes the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) program in a timely manner.
• Support of Records Management process for all GIS teams
• Support communication between GIS team located in different locations
• Analyzing and designing new operational processes or process improvements.
• Liaising with other teams to deliver projects. Manage the analysis of complex projects.
• Participation in requirements gathering from AML users
• Participation in definition of Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Review with users functional specifications (FRD – Functional Requirements Document) and providing feedback to Technology
• Identify possible risks and their impact and drive change of scope (requirements) process during the whole project cycle and afterwards as CR process
• Drive communication between different parties like Technology, Compliance, Business and Operations
• Act with limited supervision
• Additional duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
