What you would do?

• Priority and comprehensive customer service in accordance with the Bank's strategy
• Compliance with the adopted time and quality standards - handling banking products
• Contact by phone / email with an internal and external clients, in order to explain the arising discrepancies / confirmations of orders received
• Clients visit - presentations, trainings, non-standard service analysis

Qualifications:

• Communicative knowledge of Polish (spoken and written)
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure of time
• Multitasking skills
• Orientation to details
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
