What you would do?
- Priority and comprehensive customer service in accordance with the Bank's strategy
- Compliance with the adopted time and quality standards - handling banking products
- Contact by phone / email with an internal and external clients, in order to explain the arising discrepancies / confirmations of orders received
- Clients visit - presentations, trainings, non-standard service analysis

Qualifications:
- Communicative knowledge of Polish (spoken and written)
- Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure of time
- Multitasking skills
- Orientation to details
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bachelor degree would be an asset
