Job description:

  • Manage Purchasing Projects

  • Provide effective proactive liaison with other department to forecast, plan and meet/exceed business expectations/demand

  • Ensure compliance with all necessary reporting and administrative directions

  • Coordinate and execute supplier assessments and review performance through KPIs metrics

  • Select, develop and manage suppliers to meet cost and performance goals with emphasis placed on quality

  • Manage Operational Contracts in line with contract segmentation guidelines and principles

  • Manage relations with stakeholders and act as a business advisor

  • Deliver end-to-end cost savings

  • Apply supply/value chain analyses and modeling

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of procurement experience

  • English C1

  • Top negotiation skills

  • Team player with the ability to build long term relationships

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Ability to make decisions and execute with support of stakeholders

  • Attention to details including robust understanding of

  • Contract Law and contract execution
