

Product Development Manager is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.
The main functions:
Management, maintenance and development of local commercial cards products and proactive support of local commercial cards products offering to Banking, GSG and CCB customers.
Support Sales team and Banking, GSG and CCB Relationship Managers in Cash management area in customer acquisition and cross-sell.
Ensuring local commercial cards product compliance with local legislation/regulation and with cards association rules, procedures and requirements.
Define and submit local commercial cards product requirements to respective teams involved in commercial cards eco/cycle and ensure all the requirements are properly communicated.
Cooperates with regional commercial cards team on further product harmonization and implementation and execution of regional ro Global strategy defined for commercial cards offering.
Proactive participation in the utilization of local commercial cards products in tailor made solutions and ensuring corporate customers receive appropriate explanation and presentations of cards products/solutions relevant to their business.
Ensure that card products are properly communicated to corporate customers, in order to achieve highest possible product utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors/suppliers supporting local commercial cards products.
- Local markets product strategy definition and execution - in cooperation with regional team and ensuring compliance with regional and global commercial cards products strategy and trends.
- Support sales process in the region both for local and regional cards. Cooperation with sales and coverage teams - active identification of new business opportunities on existing and prospect clients.
- Running and managing assigned local commercial cards product P&L and local commercial cards clients portfolio.
- Set up implementation process on cards product improving client experience.
- Local markets product strategy definition and execution - in cooperation with regional team and ensuring compliance with regional and global commercial cards products strategy and trends.
- Active industry engagement: Close co-operation with external and internal partners (vendors/suppliers, cards association, internal teams involved in local commercial cards support).
- Proactive management of local and regional and Global initiatives across all customer segments.
- Global expertise: Proactive identification and creation of standard and tailor made solutions to customers with local and regional presence
Qualifications:
- At least more than 7-year experience in Cards / Corporate Banking / Transaction Services
- Knowledge of Cash Management and Products, and experience with clients in this sector
- Demonstrate innovation and product development capabilities
- Experience in understanding market trends and keeping abreast of the markets and competitors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Professional disposition and customer-focused attitude towards both internal and external customers
- Project Management skills and ability to manage to deadline
- Advanced English
- Strong negotiation skills towards both clients as well as internal partners and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work; Willingness to be a direct contributor and ability to multi-task
Education:
- Financial or Business School
