Working with Middleware Webhosting you will provide support for verity of app hosting / web hosting and related hosting services. The role resides within the Citi Technology Infrastructure structure. You will be part of the Institutional Client Group Middleware Support Team.
We are involved in all aspects of planning, building and maintaining the infrastructure. The role will also provide exposure to communication with both technical and non-technical staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to both BAU support and delivery of Business and Technology driven projects through the installation, support, and management webhosting products
- Fix, resolve and oversee app hosting/web hosting related incidents
- Provide root-cause analysis for issues or web hosting related incidents and problems
- Play a can-do role in process improvement within the team, along with maintaining good quality support documentation
- Leading project, major initiatives and to taking mentorship when necessary
- Cooperate with Citi Engineering group and product management group to plan and build new solutions
- Capture, improve, review project requirements from the customer and deliver to build groups
- Do you like scripting? We like it too! you will have chance to practice or learn scripting
- Provide 24x7 on-call support as 3rd line for critical Production systems based on team rotation schedule
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate well across all levels (written and verbally) in English
- Experience with at least 3 of following products: Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere ND, Tomcat, OHS, IHS, nginx, IIS
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, PCF, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes will be a great advantage

Ansible, java, python, Power shell scripting will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of UNIX/LINUX
- Knowledge of Load Balancing solutions
- Solid grasp and experience supporting complex, high-availability services
- SiteMinder SSO knowledge will be an advantage
- Familiarization with customer service techniques and the principles of ITIL
- Experience of working in a large Data Center environment will be an advantage
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
