

The IS Utility Analyst is responsible for providing services in support of Information Security Officers that enable them to accomplish their job functions. In addition, The IS Utility Analyst can support all Information Security processes in Citi. ISA governance unit (part of IS Utility team) will focus on IAM controls for business embedded ISA teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various IS reports for business managers, ISO community and business representatives, especially for IAM space
- Follow up on different activities for key IAM processes, for example: EERS feeds, SOD, Access requests/approvals, Revocations, Log review, etc.
- Coordinating various tasks with the teams outside our organization (using some project management techniques) to achieve standardization of key ID management processes
- Communicate with the respective parties to complete IS assessments, reviews on time
- Escalate issues based on predefined criteria
- Proactively manage changes in reporting scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Assesses the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluates options under circumstances not covered by procedures
- Perform tasks in accordance with the policy of Citigroup
- Provides periodic IS risk management reports highlighting key issues and correction action plans; monitors implementation of approved plans
- Participate in audits
- Work on process improvements including process redesign and tools enhancements
- Leads meetings in fast paced environment communicating complex IS topics effectively at all levels of the organization

Knowledge/Experience:
- 4 years’ experiences in IS or compliance processes is a key requirement
- Knowledge of information security processes in Citi including usage if systems like iCAPs, RRP, CIRAS, CSI, EERS, Archer, CASP, etc.
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrates extensive understanding of IS standards and best practices across multiple disciplines
