• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the graduate recruitment strategy
• Identify and hire top talent for Internships and Full Time Programs
• Gain proficiency in the systems that support recruitment activities
• Manage the intern and graduate program recruitment process including selection (phone screening, short listing, scheduling, etc)
• Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
• Perform recruitment system administration and ensure that the candidate records are up to date throughout the recruitment process
• Extending candidate offers in a consistent and timely manner
• Ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to and candidates are hired and on boarded seamlessly
• Support Internship activities such as onboarding, surveys etc
• Work in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team in setting up engagement activities for the interns
• Attend campus attraction events as directed by the Talent Attraction & Engagement team
• Manage the pipeline of the campus candidates and assure keep warm activities are implemented in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team
