Global Labels Analyst

Job description:

If you would like to join exciting supply chain project in dynamic environment, you have found the role for you!

As Labels Analyst, you will take ownership of managing labels for Global Key Accounts (GKA). Ensure all packed product SKUs in the personal scope have a label available for use which meets the requirements of Shell Product Management, Shell/Customer Marketing and meets the legal and fiscal requirements of the countries of sale for that product.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Independently prepare and manage label content for GKA products that meets the requirements of Product management, Marketing and legal/fiscal rules for all countries.

  • Managing pre print labels development

  • Interact with multiple stakeholders effectively including 3rd party service providers.

  • Support the regional label focal point in responding to label related HSE / Legal / Regulatory issues.

  • Support alignment with printing / packaging standards throughout EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

  • Maintain personal relationships with relevant Materials Planning for coordination of label change priorities with plants and their inventory


​Dimensions :

  • Label production at Shell plants, 3rd party blenders, and joint venture arrangements

  • HSE requirements for Shell direct market as well as macro-distributor markets

  • HSE / Legal / Regulatory issues throughout all countries in the scope of all brands (Shell, Co-brand, GKA brands)

  • Alignment with printing / packaging standards,

Requirements:

To succeed in the role you will need to have:

  • University degree

  • English min. C1

  • Experience in supply chain/customer operation

  • Eye for detail

  • Adobe knowledge would be an asset

  • Very good knowledge of excel

  • Experience in working virtually and with various cultures

  • Customer centricity

  • Very good Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Independent working to high quality standard as per agreed processes and instructions.
