Job description:
We are seeking a Senior Buyer to join dynamically growing sourcing team that establishes and manages operational contracts worldwide.
Responsibilities:

Leading a sourcing process end-end in line with category strategy, including contractual terms and conditions negotiations,
-
Managing portfolio of up to 100, low-medium complexity operational contracts,
-
Ensuring business continuity; goods and services to be delivered to the Business on time at competitive price,

Maximizing value and deliver cost savings from existing contracts’ portfolio and new sourcing projects; challenge demand, specification and cost,
-
Managing spend estimated between 5-10 million USD per annum - depending on portfolio and experience,
-
Selecting, developing and managing suppliers to meet cost and performance goals with emphasis placed on quality,
-
Ensuring compliance with Contracting & Procurement guidelines and principles, category strategy,
-
Proactively managing relations with key stakeholders and acting as a business advisor,

Seeking continuous improvement opportunities,

Communicating virtually with multiple stakeholders located in various countries / regions

Working in performance-driven, dynamic and continuously changing environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting and procurement,

Fluent English and French (written & oral),
