Job description:
You will be responsible to provide support for the export handling activities for the packed operations, it includes day-to-day interactions with the sending warehouses in the ERA (Europe, Russia, Africa) region, the shipping companies and the other receiving locations.
Primary role is to ensure that the documentation which must be provided by Shell is accurate and available in a timely manner in line with all the regulations and to ensure safe operations.
Principal Accountabilities:

Provide the documentation, like export invoice with all needed for the customs clearance certificates,

Act as a focal point for all the queries related to export operations for the area covered, including cooperation with the warehouses, the freight forwarders and the receiving locations.

Support the compliance with all the Trade Controls requirements for the export activities under her/his accountability;

Support implementation of all improvement projects related to export activities;

Ensure accurate provisions for export activities;

Develop Root Cause Analysis in case of customer complaints on a risk-based approach;

Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports related to export activities

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Economics

Knowledge of international trade/export regulation (incoterms, trade compliance);

Problem-Solving skills;

Strong Communication and Analytical skills;

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (MS Access and VBA would be a plus);

Knowledge of French (B2) (considered as a plus)
