Within the GCS Platforms & Shared Services team we are seeking an analyst to:
− prepare and consolidate various monthly / quarterly management reports, coordinate monthly reviews with senior managers
− analyze processes, root causes, business impacts, and identify opportunities for improvement
− challenge inconsistent data, ensure high data quality and correction activities, propose process simplification
− establish relationships across the organization to understand, interpret and document the bank's data flows
− support and follow-up investigation of questions, issues, and defects
− cooperate with stakeholders globally to understand their needs and provide support
− provide support for selected team's activities, or manage small projects
Your team
GCS Platforms & Shared Services team in Krakow/Zabierzów (Eximius Business Park) is supporting processes, projects and tools used globally by UBS's GCS function. You will liaise with UBS functions in redesigning processes / tools and maintenance of those aiming at high quality management information and services. This role will require you to cooperating with and regularly report to senior management. Collaboration is in our nature, your team will bring you up to speed on our framework and methodology, be there to bounce ideas off and be your ongoing support network. By joining our team, you will be constantly challenged to develop innovative solutions. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.
Your expertise
− graduated (Bachelor or Master's degree) in Economics, IT, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Project Management
− previous experience in an international environment
− strong analytical skills with attention to details and knowledge of Excel, high degree of accuracy, competent technical skills
− ability to learn and adapt to fast changing business needs and requirements, well organized with strong sense of ownership who is able to drive things forward
− ideally experience with data visualization tools: MS PowerPoint and Think Cell (nice to have)
− an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and comfortable with challenging the status quo as well as very good English, both spoken and written
− dedicated to leading organizational and cultural change
