Intern in Talent Acquisition

Location - Kraków

Why is this job for You:

Our internship is an opportunity for you to learn, develop and explore talent acquisition area. As a part of Recruitment Team you will assist and conduct recruitment activities, e.g. phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, cv screening, Assessment Centers and more. You will have a chance to learn from passionate professionals, get exposure to corporate culture, meet and cooperate with colleagues in IP GBSC, as well as in other locations (EMEA, USA), gain knowledge about in-house recruitment. You will:

  • review candidate applications
  • learn and conduct phone screening of candidates
  • be responsible for interviews scheduling
  • learn recruitment tools and systems
  • coordinate organization of Assessment Centers
  • prepare job postings
  • collaborate with International Paper employees in EMEA and USA

You have:

  • status of a student or a graduate with ambition to work in recruitment area
  • willingness to learn
  • a “can do” attitude
  • a good communication and a fantastic team player skills
  • not afraid of dynamic challenges nor routine attitude
  • fluency in English and Polish (is a must) and very good knowledge of Spanish, French or Italian
  • availability to work around 30 hours per week
