Would you like to work with interesting process, investigate disputed transactions and work with MasterCard and VISA regulations of chargebacks? We are now looking for a Process Officer or Junior Process Officer to help customer in receiving money back in case of Fraud.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Cards 4 Disputes Team. We add value by deciding about claims raised by customers on cards transactions. As Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in being part of great Disputes Casehandlers group

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with Disputes process for Norwegian and Swedish customers
• Getting experience on interesting and based on international regulations process
• Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
• Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated poeple, creating fantastic atmosphere. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

• English on good level
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Analytical skills
