Technical Writer
What will you do?
Review current state of process documentation.
Create new DTPs, update existing ones in order to meet guidelines for procedures (Help Center).
Review internal and external product help centers to ensure consistency with current processes in place
Perform the global annual review of documentation with the objective to review 100% of the documentation.
Oversee preparation of new products/processes documentation in order to ensure consistency in format and quality.
What do we expect from you?
Experienced in writing HTML
2 years of experience in BPO Industry/Back-office Operations/ Training/Project Management or equivalent is preferred
Superior communication skills and experience in documentation writing
In-depth knowledge of how to create DTPs, training materials and help center articles
Experience in prcess mapping, understanding of documentation level
