Sanction Screening HUB is a specialized unit providing sanction control services. HUB was created in June 2015 - since then we consistently expand the list of types of services and the scope of countries. Ultimately, the team will provide services for most countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We place special emphasis on providing the highest quality services combined with timely performance, while ensuring that operational activities are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Global Sanctions Policy. At the same time, it is extremely important for us that each member of the team can also focus on individual development in a comfortable work environment.
Key tasks performed on the position:
- Effective team management in process migration environment
- Handling regular global communication with business partners
- Proactive identification of migration related risks and leadership over addressing them
- Overseeing the process globally as the process grows
- Ensure timely and accurate daily execution
- Identify, develop and retain key talent on behalf of the overall business
- Act as the senior management sanction contact point
- Actively support local and regional sanctions projects and initiatives
- Initiate and promote productivity, automation and efficiency projects
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the sanctions regulatory environment
- Timely reporting of all control requirements
- Ensure adherences to all global policies
Requirements:
- Experience in direct staff managing
- Very good skills in planning and organizing a team
- Very good English spoken and written
- Ability to make decisions under time pressure and in crisis situations
- Experience in AML/Compliance/KYC/Sanctions sector will be an asset
- Ability to communicate with all associates in a professional manner
- An attitude towards providing the best services for the customer
- Flexibility regarding working hours and working days
