Job Description:
An experienced Client Reporting analyst with a minimum of one-year experience in data analysis to maintain quality client reporting. The role will require analysis of daily breaks and data anomalies to cleanse the accounts prior to release. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate & release daily price- and market value fluctuations on client investments for accurate reporting
- Investigate and analyze account reconciliation breaks with the aim of resolving issues for same day release
- Quality review of monthly legal account statements as well as relationship reports
- Ensure that the relevant data integrity and data quality controls are in place for accurate and timely reporting
- Interact with other CPB teams for issue investigation and resolution
- Manage & escalate any potential issues
- Update the department with relevant daily, weekly and monthly stats & MI
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc marketing mailing requests to our CPB clients
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for procedures, audit and controls
- Initiate process improvement and participate in User Acceptance Testing
Key Requirements:
- One year of data analysis experience within financial services
- Demonstrate a good understanding of investment and banking products
- Good analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience
- Detail-orientated with good organizational skills
- Client focused individual with strong communication skills
Qualifications / Experience
- University Degree
- Knowledge of Client Reporting analytics preferred
- Knowledge of investment and financial products
- Analytical with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to write SQL queries is preferred
