Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Create the Field Change Orders in cooperation with global Customer Service organization and Business Unit Ultrasound. Assist the key markets with the implementation of the FCOs
You are responsible for
- Generation of all relevant information that is required for the implementation of Field Change Orders
- Post all relevant FCO information on InCenter
- Monitor the FCO implementation
- Assist markets with the implementation of FCO’s
- Work closely together will all stakeholders within the BU (Q&R, R&D, Service Innovation, production), to ensure that all criteria for on time implementation of the FCO’s are met
- Drive process improvements.

You will be part of Customer Service team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 3-4 years of experience in engineering area
- MSc or BSc preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Customer Service in the corporate environment would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Ultrasound technology or medical devices would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluency in English
