Description of the position:

• Comprehensive customer service dedicated to Spanish customers in the context of receiving, processing and updating of orders;
• Advising customers in order to tailor the product range to their individual needs;
• Promotion and sale of products;
• Caring for the company’s brand image and customer relations;
• Administration of the ordering system;
• Provision of information on orders, problem solving, building brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Sales skills;
• Experience in customer service and/or sales (experience in telephone customer service will be an advantage);
• Ability to solve problems independently;
• Enthusiasm and commitment;
• Professionalism and taking responsibility for the entrusted tasks;
• Impeccable manners and motivation;
• Willingness to cooperate.
