About this opportunity
Welcome to the Equity Research & Global Market Data Team. We add value by providing lvl2 support for various vendor-provided and self-developed systems ranging from research and analysis to customer engagement and sales support. As IT analyst (Application Operations Specialist) you will play a valuable role in the business value delivery by keeping the systems running, improving inefficiencies and working with development on delivering new functionalities.
What you will be doing:
- providing lvl2 support to our users
- performing service operation activities around the systems in scope
- proactively looking for improvement and automation opportunities
- working closely with business and development to timely deliver high-quality solutions
- updating the documentation and ensuring knowledge sharing within a team
You will join a team of various skills and characters, all focused on a common goal: kepping the bank running.
The role is based in Gdańsk.

- have a strong technical background (preferred academic degree in IT backed up by relevant experience)

Your experience and background:
- experience administering Windows server systems
- previous application support experience
- understanding of the ITIL processes and modern Agile methodology will be an advantage
- fluent English (Business-level: B2/C1 or higher)
