Customer Service Specialist

What will you do?

Performing advanced root cause analysis on customer issues leading to resolution (understand incident resolution processes with focus on appropriate routing of tickets).

Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

Coordinate with client and different IT departments issues till final resolution.

Owning communication with different interface partners on complex topics.

Prepare reports and analysis for the Client
What do we expect?

Very good English (reading & writing - C1 level) and German - nice to have

Experience in Customer Service (in the client/IT support)

Analytical problem solving abilities and detail oriented
