Job Description:

An experienced Client Reporting analyst with a minimum of one-year experience in data analysis to maintain quality client reporting. The role will require analysis of daily breaks and data anomalies to cleanse the accounts prior to release. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate & release daily price- and market value fluctuations on client investments for accurate reporting
• Investigate and analyse account reconciliation breaks with the aim of resolving issues for same day release
• Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
• Provide full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
• Quality review of monthly legal account statements as well as relationship reports
• Ensure that the relevant data integrity and data quality controls are in place for accurate and timely reporting
• Interact with other Citi Private Bank Operations teams for issue investigation and resolution
• Update the department with relevant daily, weekly and monthly stats & MI
• Coordinate and execute ad-hoc marketing mailing requests to our CPB clients
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for procedures, audit and controls
• Initiate process improvement and participate in User Acceptance Testing
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent analytical skills. Reporting knowledge.
• Previous client reporting experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience within financial services
• Demonstrate a good understanding of investment and banking products
• Good analytical background in the financial services industry with some operational experience
• Client focused individual with strong communication skills
• University Degree
• Knowledge of Client Reporting analytics preferred
