Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides global operations support to Citi businesses in the key areas of Data Center Mainframe Distributed Systems Cloud Solutions Network Client Computing Site Support and Telecommunication systems.

CTI Business Operations Reporting and Metrics team is responsible for the collection and dissemination of operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to all of Citi Technical Infrastructure management teams for use in the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) submissions. The team is currently expanding their Central Reporting Utility to provide robust self-service capabilities that will allow users to extract data from standardized data sets that can be used for more detailed analytics and is in need for a SQL developer with an understanding of Business Intelligence concepts including interacting with or creation of Data Warehouses and Data Marts to help build and implement new features.

SQL Developer candidate will be responsible for the creation and enhancement of web applications to support the reporting needs of the CTI Business Management Operations Performance Metrics and Analytics team and their customers.

The objective of the role is to aid in the expansion of the Central Reporting Utility with particular emphasis on providing intuitive insight into key metrics for ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem and Service Request Management) Supplier Management and CTI Capital Investment Reporting for the Citi Technical Infrastructure (CTI) organization. Additionally the role will expand upon the self-service capabilities of the Central Reporting Utility with focus on internal web applications that consolidate our current report catalog and database utilities.

This role will be responsible for the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) of converting business requirements into production web-based applications following Citi branding guidelines.

All of the team’s projects follow the Agile methodology and utilizes Team Foundation Server to manage their deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design maintain and build web based applications in the Central Reporting Utility
• Maintain current knowledge with web technologies and best practices
• Work with the SQL Development team with the maintenance of the Central Reporting Utility
• Ability to be involved on several projects concurrently and providing different roles to each
• Work directly with the business customers to develop solutions based on their requirements
• Coach other team members on proper coding techniques
• Provide project status to senior management on a timely basis
• Escalate issues as they are encountered
• Ability to follow Citi’s Change Management procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Microsoft Team Foundation Server source control
• Team Foundation Server Agile Methodology is a plus
• Experience with one or more BI Reporting Tools (Power BI Cognos QlikView etc.) is a plus
• ITIL Certification is a plus
