Skills

• 7-10 years of experience managing Oracle Implementation Project
• 7+ years proven experience as a Project Manager - PMP Certification is Required
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies – MS Projects, Excel, etc.
• Proficiency in developing project plan and managing integrated project schedule using MS Project
• Must have solid knowledge of Oracle modules, Concurrent Manager and EBS System Administration (not functional)
• Managing Oracle Supply Chain/Manufacturing Implementation project is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with good communication is highly preferred
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong team facilitation, time management and organizational skills; Excellent conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation for Oracle Process Manufacturing project in Europe
• Lead the team in US, Europe, Asia to build the Global Template
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per customer requirements
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans using Microsoft Project and Excel
• Track project deliverables and communicate with stakeholder to deliver on-time and within scope and budget
• Develop scope of work statements, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models and implementation action plans
• Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers and executives
• Manage the Implementation Team across globally
• Collaborate with Program Manager, developers, DBAs and business users on system requirements gathering, system analysis, design and implementation
• Prepare Training Strategy and detailed training plans
• Demonstrate accountability for meeting milestones and delivery of a quality product
