Manager Invoice to Cash projects will be responsible for leading multiple groundbreaking projects and develop a holistic strategic road map that will optimize, transform, and globally expand Invoice to Cash process. He/ she will manage Project Leads and/or Project Managers for projects in scope in order to successfully deliver the projects, ensuring effective collaboration, required progress and escalation of the issues and stoppers. He/ she will ensure alignment of strategic goals and objectives with business decisions to transform and optimize Invoice to Cash operations across IBS and markets.

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT:

• degree qualification in a business or other relevant discipline is essential
• Six to ten years of management experience held in GBS environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Invoice to Cash area
• Demonstrated knowledge of multinational GBS or equivalent environment
• Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated experience in Project and People Management
• Performance driven – seeks and acts on results
• Focused on compliance and controls
• High self-awareness and ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment, strong relationship building, and communicating skills
• Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service
• Ability to influence and establish credibility, trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues

As a Manager Invoice to Cash Projects you will:

• Align strategic goals and objectives with business decisions to transform and optimize Invoice to Cash operations and customer experience
• Work with the Order to Cash Global Process Head to drive improvement in the global processes for the benefit of IBS and beyond the team
• Lead multiple groundbreaking projects and develop a holistic strategic road map that will optimize, transform, and globally expand IBS scope
• Evaluate department’s available data to determine meaningful KPI’s and assist in the implementation of reports to be distributed to key stakeholders
• Build an effective relationship and manage stakeholder as well as become escalation point for resolution of substantial operational issues
• Ensure excellence in compliance, service delivery and customer experience
• Develop talents, maximize employee engagement and ensure employees are appropriately supported and valued
• Maintain a sense of purpose and belonging for each employee and ensure they are clear on how their individual contributions support the overall success of the IBS
• Seek for continuous improvement, ways to eliminate, automate and robotize by making recommendations on process improvements and standardization to gain greater efficiency and effectiveness
