Your role

Are you interested in project portfolio management and investment governance? Do you like interacting with various business and IT stakeholders? We are looking for someone who will:

• prepare and follow-up the senior governance meetings, including the preparation of the required documentation to ensure a comprehensive decision base for strategic investment priorities
• support the IT project portfolio definition, planning and coordination with our partners from business and IT
• support management and program managers with the execution of portfolio-related implementation work
• monitor and track the related projects to identify any issues and provide an overview on the health of the portfolio to senior management and investment governance bodies
• coach, challenge the project and program leaders regarding business cases, UBS project and portfolio management standards and its implementation
• develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports regarding the managed portfolios

Your team

You will work in our UBS Wroclaw office as part of the Account- and Change-the-Bank Portfolio Management team and closely liaise with colleagues located both, in Wroclaw and Zurich.
The team interacts with relevant business areas as well as the IT organization which requires close collaboration with various colleagues in order to coordinate investment governance work for relevant projects and programs of UBS Switzerland.
