Your responsibilities would include:

• Development of internal PowerBI solutions as per organizational demand and prioritization in line with Management by Metrics principles
• Development of on demand PowerBI solutions for OpCos / Central Functions
• Optimal usage of available data sources
• Maintenance and development of existing solutions
• Maintenance of the inventory of reports in PowerBI
• Support of PowerBI community / Key Users Network in HGSS organization
• Ensure that all the PowerBI solutions adhere to PowerBI standard
• Support of CPI and efficiency improvement initiatives driven in HGSS by creating proper insight into structured data

You are a good Candidate if:

You have:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in creating reports in PowerBI tool and Power BI Service (Data Flows, Linked Entities, Data Sets)
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT/Finance
• Ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications
• Experience in data modelling and data model normalization
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query M language
• Ability to develop dashboards/ reports from multiple data sources
• Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations
• Communicative written and verbal English

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, OBIEE, DOMO)
• Good knowledge of SQL, MS Azure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Experience in working with SAP tables
