In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:

Autosys Administrator, Wrocław

Location: Wrocław

This role includes Installation of Autosys agents, Administration of Autosys instances, Troubleshooting Issues related to Autosys infrastructure, WCC administration, EEM Administration

The role includes planning and ensuring tech refresh for various components including the application itself are completed. Investigation and providing RCA as well as solutions or workaround related issues escalated through incidents and to interface with the INFRA teams & engineering on potential bug fixing and feature enhancements

Providing advice on client related escalations/issues/queries on best knowledge basis and promptly escalate to the INFRA teams & engineering when requiring their intervention. Planning and coordination application/infra failover during the major events like Infra weekend, BCM tests and power down activities

Excellent knowledge in handling Infrastructure and batch related issues

Strong in Solaris 10, RHEL 5.x+

Ability to work on Unix and Windows based platforms, Cluster environments & knowledge of basic server administration (CPU/Memory)

Oracle DB and SQL commands
