You are responsible for
- Ensure that all telephone calls from hospitals and private patients are answered efficiently within departmental procedures
- Enter all customer orders in a timely manner, using SAP and other supporting applications.
- Log any customer complaints received according to company procedure and issue all necessary documents to complete the flow
- Ensure information on the customer database is kept up-to-date, i.e. check information when speaking to customers on the phone
- Provide a professional and efficient service to customers – maintaining a high standard of service, product information and advice while remaining courteous at all times
- Take clear messages for other members of the department and the sales team where necessary, ensuring messages passed on as soon as possible
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Currently studying towards your University degree
- Available at least 25h/week (preferably >30h-40h/week)
- Quick learner
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excel intermediate knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mind with an eye for detail
