SEPA & Western European Clearing Head
Work place: Warszawa
This leadership role will involve people management responsibility for SEPA and Western European Clearing Teams and Managers. The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of Payment, Cheques and Investigation services, support internal partners & stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Officers and Team Leaders to ensure service delivered in an efficient & effective manner and and exceptional requests handled professionally
- Develop & Couch team members in all aspects of their job, ensure all Team goals are delivered
- Build strong Team visibility and Partnership across EMEA Partners , promote creativity ,flexibility and proactive approach .
- Act as the point of escalation for teams and internal Clients.
- A thorough understanding offered service , Client requirements , industry knowledge & practices , by taking cross-regional and cross-functional ownership thus ensuring a timely and satisfactory client experience.
- Initiate, lead and deliver departmental projects, productivity and quality initiatives based on the trend and best proactive analysis, simply and standardise processes
- Implement effective and appropriate governance structures resulting in a robust operational control environment and control .Proactively identify and manage risks which may impact product/service delivery rapidly adapt to changes in the Client expectations, Capability, regulatory and compliance framework;
Qualifications:
- Excellent people management and leadership skills with team building capabilities. Teamwork and ability to motivate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent verbal/written English and preferable additional WE language on minimum communicative level
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Strong Risk and Control awareness and knowledge of control practices
