Your role
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible of:
– Design and lay outing of a variety of forms and documents in pdf
– Creation of dynamic pdf templates and forms including scripting and dynamic properties
– Maintenance of the contractual landscape (external forms) and internal forms on a daily basis
– Maintenance of the guidelines on a regular basis
– Implementation of UBS Corporate Brand Design in our forms
– Publication of the internal and external forms
Your team
You’ll be working in a Documents Team in Wrocław, Dominikański office. We deliver outstanding service to the Wealth Management Luxembourg business and ensure client satisfaction is on the highest level.
Your expertise
You have:
– Very good command of MS-office
– Knowledge of graphic design applications (Adobe Livecycle, Adobe Professional etc…)
– Knowledge of JavaScript is considered as an asset
– Good communication, organizational and coordination skills
– Fluency in English written and spoken; French and / or German are considered as an asset

– A person who pays attention to details
– Stress resistant
