Senior Process Engineer has direct accountability to have oversight for all continuous improvement projects globally. The key focus of this position is to ensure all continuous improvement initiatives are implemented as per the plan agreed. Senior Process Engineer has also direct oversight on process related improvements and delivering re-engineering expertise into the whole PR Program on Regional and Global level. This role, will be accountable for conducting and managing as well as leading Reengineering.

Responsibilities:

• Develops tools and solutions supporting process improvement
• Identifies requirements, works with Stakeholders to define requirements for new solutions
• Initiates and supports the identification and evaluation of improvement opportunities,
• Works with the Global PR and local leadership teams to assess improvement areas & recommend best technical solutions,
• Works with the business to plan and lead improvement projects,
• Works with the Management Teams to eliminate barriers on improvements delivery,
• Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers
• Provides guidance and support to the team throughout the entire cycle of projects,
• Communicates key lessons learned and best practices from across divisional process improvement projects,
• Works with functional leaders, business and global AML resources to integrate Process Reengineering strategies with other programs and initiatives to define a coherent pipeline of improvement projects that meet defined objectives,
• Communicates and reports status of improvement initiatives,
• Ensures that process improvement objectives, specific goals, measures and metrics are established,
• Develops to understands and adhere to LEAN governance standards and techniques,
• Stays up to date in the application of process improvement tools and techniques

Qualifications:

• Computer Science degree (or related)
• Experience building end-to-end, multi-tiered applications (data models, user interface, logic & programming)
• Experience writing Object-Oriented JavaScript
• Understanding of SharePoint REST APIs
• Experience building rich, mobile-friendly user interfaces
• Lean Six Sigma certified or significant business process re-engineering experience as an advantage
• ICA/CAMS certificate as an advantage

Knowledge/experience:

• Experience in driving projects
• Fundamentals of Object-Oriented programming
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Expertise in User Interface Design
• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, APIs, & Workflows
• Background of Process Reengineering (process oriented; able to analyze current processes, suggest and define improvements; able to analyze raw data and draw conclusion)
• Experience of working within a global and virtual team
