Applications Support Administrator
Work place: Warszawa
The role provides direct and effective maintenance and implementation of projects/fixes for local Banking applications. Ensures that the required application availability for these application is kept. Support for internal processes required by organization internal and external regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and effective maintenance for local Banking applications in corporate area
- Support for projects and implementation of new versions of applications
- Ensure that the required application availability for these application is kept
- Solving incidents and problems in the supported application in cooperation with proper internal and external teams
- Support for internal processes required by organization internal and external regulations
Qualifications:
- Higher education (IT or related) or previous work on similar position
- General knowledge about technology and information systems
- Knowledge of the basics of Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux administration
- Knowledge of the basics of MSSQL and/or Oracle based applications database administration
- Application support experience
- Communicative knowledge of English both in speech and in writing
- Fluent Polish
- ITIL Foundation certificate will be an additional advantage
