In this role you have opportunity to
Develop demand planning in terms of process, tools and people capabilities. Your focus will be the specific efficient processes and systems for an end-to-end S&OP Forecast process to integrate business and financial planning by utilizing advanced analytics forecasting. You will develop, implement and drive innovation and continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities. Ensure to keep up to date with industry standards and innovations through benchmark and best practices.
You are a part of
A Forecast to Plan BPE team. As Business Process Expert – Forecast to plan – Demand Planning, your capacity and expertise to manage and support the local and central demand planning teams to design, develop, implement and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities in the area of “Forecast to Plan” is challenged. You design the Integrated Forecast Process Framework. Your focus will be on the linkage between the forecast process and tools to support.
You are responsible for:
- Mapping new innovative digital solutions, as per vision of future forecast, and ways of working and translate these into an implementation plan.
- Lead or support process implementation projects and ensure processes are implemented as designed
- Execute capability maturity assessment, translate these into business requirements and prioritize.
- Collaborate in business transformations to provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise.
- Collaborate with IT and EIM to drive selection design and configuration for right technology and data solutions.
- Being a change agent by clarifying the linking impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions.
- Facilitate learning, provide process training (competency development) and prepare end user documentation.
- Provide expert support in diagnosis of processes within area of expertise to perform process gap analyses.
- Continuously monitor process performance, analytics and identify opportunities for improvement and collect and review process change and improvement proposals from the organization, bring forward relevant change proposals to the BPOs, support local improvements where necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a science or related field preferred
- 5 -10 years of experience operational demand/supply planning role
- Relevant experience in designing and deploying processes and systems across a variety of Business Models
- Strong command of IT systems, specifically demand planning tools
- Experience in Lean
- Ability to effectively manage projects, multiple priorities and timeline
- Strong communications skills and high ability to influence people
- Prior experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Flexibility to travel up to 20%
